About me: I was trained at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago in the Pastry Arts. I have been supplying people's baked needs for Lake and Northern Cook Counties in Illinois as well as southeastern Wisconsin for over 5 years.

My Philosophy: Chocolate has traditionally been viewed as a food of the Gods and I believe it should be treated as such. I use only natural and raw ingredients for my products and each one is handcrafted from scratch by me. I use no flavoring oils or fillers. Everything is created by me for you!
